Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us, through one of three doors.

• The quote form on this site. Your name, phone number, street address or neighborhood, whether the home is one or two story, what you want lit, a preferred install date, any notes, and the area page you were on. The form does not store anything on this site. It fills in a text message that you send from your own phone, and we receive it on our business line.
• Texts and calls. The phone number you text or call from, what you write, and any photos you send, for example a photo of the front of your house.
• Quote forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads. If you fill out one of our instant forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, street address, ZIP code and your answers about the house, such as one or two story, what you want lit and when. Meta may fill some fields in from your profile before you submit; you can change them before you send. Meta also keeps a copy of that submission under its own privacy policy and terms, which you agreed to on its platform. We download it into our records and text or call you the same way as any other quote.

We do not run analytics, tracking pixels or cookies on this site, so visiting it tells us nothing about you.

How we use it

To measure your roofline, send you a price, schedule the install and takedown, and reply to you. We may text or call you about your quote and your job.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The companies that run our phone line, our records and, for ad forms, Meta's lead tools handle your information only so we can serve you. We do not upload your details back to Facebook or Instagram to build audiences.

Your choices

To see, fix or delete what we have about you, text (850) 273-8546. Reply STOP to any text from us and we stop texting. If you sent your details through a Facebook or Instagram form, we delete our copy on request; the copy Meta keeps is covered by Meta's own settings and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and job records while you are a customer and as long as tax and business records require.

This site

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third party scripts. Fonts are served from this site.

Changes
