Where we install
From Pensacola to Destin, and across the bay to the Eastern Shore
We serve a short list of neighborhoods within reach of our Pensacola crew, so every install and every service call gets the same attention. Each area has its own page.
Florida
Pensacola Bay and Santa Rosa Sound
Closest to our crew, so the first install days and the quickest service calls.
Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach, FL
Homes on the peninsula between Pensacola Bay and Santa Rosa Sound, and the beach houses across the bridge. Rooflines here face open water and a steady breeze, so every bulb is clipped, every cord is secured and nothing is left to flap.
Tiger Point, FL
East Gulf Breeze, from the golf course streets to the sound side. Two story homes with deep eaves, dormers and long front elevations that suit a clean, continuous line of warm white light.
Navarre, FL
Mainland Navarre neighborhoods along the sound and up the bayous. Newer two story homes with crisp rooflines, where a tailored install reads as part of the house rather than something added to it.
Florida
The Emerald Coast
Choctawhatchee Bay and the Destin harbor, served on dedicated eastbound days.
Niceville, FL
Niceville's core neighborhoods on Choctawhatchee Bay and Boggy Bayou. Established streets, mature trees and homes with real rooflines to work with. We serve the town center and the bayfront; ask about streets farther out.
Shalimar, FL
A quiet bayfront town between Niceville and Fort Walton Beach, with homes set under big trees along Choctawhatchee Bay. Lighting here is about restraint: one clean line on the roof, a wrapped trunk or two, a wreath on the door.
Destin, FL
Harbor, bay and Gulf front homes, many of them three stories with rooftop decks and tall stair towers. Our crew is set up for height: we light the upper rooflines and railings that most displays stop short of.
Valparaiso, FL
Small bayou town homes on Boggy Bayou next to Niceville, with porches, gables and old trees. A classic warm white roofline suits these houses, and the trees take a wrap beautifully.
Alabama
Alabama: the Eastern Shore, Orange Beach and Mobile
Across the bay, in day clusters so every home gets the same attention.
Spanish Fort, AL
Eastern Shore neighborhoods above Mobile Bay, from the bluff streets to the newer estates off the Causeway. Large two story homes with complex rooflines, where measuring and cutting each run to fit makes the difference.
Daphne, AL
Bayfront Daphne and the established neighborhoods east of Highway 98. Brick two stories, deep porches and mature trees, all of which carry a traditional warm white display well.
Fairhope and Point Clear, AL
Fairhope's bluff and downtown streets, and the bayfront homes down Scenic 98 to Point Clear. Live oaks, long porches and rooflines meant to be seen from the water. We light the house and the trees as one design.
Orange Beach, AL
Gulf front, back bay and Ono Island homes, many of them raised, multi story and built to be looked at. We light the upper rooflines, railings and palms that give these houses their shape at night.
Spring Hill, Mobile, AL
Mobile's historic Spring Hill, with its grand old homes under canopies of live oak. Lighting here is traditional and precise: a continuous warm white line along the roof, wrapped trunks, garland at the door.
