What we light in Niceville
Every design is measured from a photo of your house and cut to fit. In Niceville that usually means:
- Rooflines, ridges and gables
- Tree wraps on mature oaks and magnolias
- Bayfront elevations seen from the water
- Dedicated eastbound install days
- The lights. Ours, commercial grade, so you never buy or store a strand
- A design for your house, measured and cut to fit each run
- A timer, plugged into the outdoor outlets you already have
- Service calls all season. A bulb goes out, we come fix it
- Takedown in January
- Storage until next year, labeled by house and run
Packages from $750. Every home is different. Send a photo of the front of the house and we send back a free estimate, then a custom quote for your rooflines, trees and trim before anything is booked. What every package includes.
How it works
Design, install, takedown
Design
Text a photo of the front of your house and your address. We measure every run from the photo and send back a design, the footage and a price. The quote is free.
Install
Installs run November through mid December. Brandon and the crew bring the lights cut to your rooflines, set a timer on your outdoor outlet and turn them on before they leave.
Takedown
We take everything down in January, label it by house and run, and store it for you. Rebook for next year while we are there.
Questions
Questions from Niceville
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Packages start from $750, plus sales tax, and that covers the design, the lights, install, service calls, January takedown and storage. Every home is different. Send a photo of the front of the house and we send back a free estimate, then a custom quote for your rooflines, trees and trim before anything is booked.
When will you install in Niceville?
Installs run November through mid December, grouped by area so Niceville homes go up on the same days. Dates fill in the order deposits come in. Takedown is in January.
Do you do service calls in Niceville?
Yes. Service calls are part of the price all season. Text (850) 273-8546 if a bulb goes out or a storm shifts a run, and we come put it right.
Do you do two story homes, steep roofs and larger estates?
Yes. Brandon's crew does second and third story rooflines, peaks, ridges, dormers and the railings of raised homes. Tell us one or two story on the quote form so we bring the right ladders and lifts.
What lights do you use?
Commercial grade C9 LED bulbs on heavy duty cord, measured and cut to your rooflines so every run ends where it should. Warm white is the standard; ask about other colors.
